Description:
A Meridian employee got into a company vehicle to discover that the back end and seats were covered in high vis yellow spray paint. On opening the boot, they found the emergency kit bag had been completely blown apart, with paint everywhere. This caused damage to helmets and other parts of the emergency response kit. A high vis spray can was found with the bottom blown out and top twisted.
