Additional scaffolding had been put in place to improve access to and from the site, helping people to avoid slippery/uneven terrain. An injury, especially of this magnitude, was unexpected in an area that was considered relatively safe. Some drizzle decreased grip in the area. Consider changing conditions. Team responded quickly to the incident.
