Stoplog Beam stuck in rails

Description:
During the process of the crane operator trying to lower the beam using the pendant control, it was noted that the winch was not lowering but a motor was running when the control button was being operated.
The beam was lowered again to try and confirm the alignment and that the beam hooks were properly engaged. They realised that the beam was miss aligned and could potentially be significantly struck.
They recognised that this potentially is a serious operational challenge that needed to be escalated.
