Minor Electric Shock
Date of Incident: 7 July 2022
Description:
While reinstalling LED lights in office a minor shock was received.
The light circuit was disconnected from the load side of the switch, the circuit was isolated and considered safe to work on. This also kept the rest of the office block lighting in service.
The cable going to the light was tested and found de-energised.
