Description:
A 'do not operate' tag had been attached to an extension cord back in 2015 due to the plug being deemed as unsafe. However, no formal follow up to this ever took place. Over time the tag has become detached from the cord. This was found in March 2018, meaning that the tag is now out of date and incorrect.
