Gas Heating Hose Failure

Description:
A propane gas torch was being used for heating when the hose failure (split) releasing propane gas into the area. This gas ignited and singed the beard of the contractor. The worker did not sustain any injuries, but the event was reportable to WorkSafe as a significant near miss.
