Level Hoist Disengage While Lifting

Description:
A Turbine bearing was being lifted when the lever hoist disengaged causing the bearing to drop. A secondary lever hoist was in place meaning the load didn't drop far. Without the secondary hoist there would have been damage to the bearing and plant, and potential for injury.
