Incorrect Monitor in Confined Space

Description:
While carrying out the confined space task on the Unit 2 blade inspections in the turbine hall a worker picked up a personal gas monitor from Operations as the Chemistry Lab, who normally issue the monitors, was closed during the weekend. The team members then entered the confined space. A short time later an operator arrived to inform the workers that they were using the wrong monitor as the one in use would not detect Ammonia.
