Manapouri Communication Room Electric Shock Incident

Description:
A contractor was in the process of attaching a new cable to an existing cable tray section in the Manapouri Communications Room. The contractor received an electric shock by providing a path to earth from his hand to his forearm through contact with an exposed 230V conductor and an existing cable tray.
